These terms govern your use of Portal. By using the service you agree to them.
Acceptance
By using Portal you agree to these terms. If you do not agree do not use the service.
Service description
Portal lets you upload a file and share it via a temporary link. Each file is available for 24 hours and is then automatically deleted. Files must not exceed 500 MB.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Portal to share illegal harmful or malicious content. This includes but is not limited to malware viruses illegal media or material that violates others rights. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any content at our discretion.
No guarantee of availability
Portal is provided as-is without any warranty. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times or that files will be stored without error. We are not responsible for any loss of data or inability to access files.
Security
Portal links use unguessable slugs but are not encrypted. Anyone with the link can access the file. You are responsible for who you share your portal link with. We recommend not sharing sensitive or confidential information through Portal.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of Portal. This includes direct indirect incidental or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of Portal after changes means you accept the new terms.
